Dozens of speeding drivers have been caught out by police waiting for them in Wiltshire villages.
Neighbourhood policing officers from different Wiltshire Police sectors have been targeting speeding drivers across the county.
On Tuesday, April 23 and Wednesday, April 24, officers from the Calne neighbourhood policing team were deployed alongside community volunteers in East Tytherton and Compton Bassett.
Most motorists at these locations were travelling within the speed limit but the driver of one vehicle will receive a letter due to speeding.
But just days later, 20 drivers were caught by officers from the Warminster area speeding through the village of Chapmanslade, following concerns raised by residents.

A spokesperson for the force said: “The village of Chapmanslade has a 30mph limit and drivers should be reminded that this is a limit and not a target.
“Speeding and not wearing a seatbelt are two of the fatal five and contribute to fatalities on the road.”
Three of these drivers were travelling at 40mph while a further two were clocked at 39mph.
All these offenders were slapped with traffic offence reports.
A further 15 drivers were travelling between 34mph and 38mph and were given words of advice by PC Short and PC Follett.
Meanwhile, one driver was spotted without a seatbelt on and handed a fixed penalty notice.
