Clarendon Academy was celebrating on Wednesday when the Trowbridge school unveiled a plaque awarded by Investors in People (IIP).
The Frome Road school, which is sponsored by the Education Fellowship, received the IIP gold award for the work it does supporting its 133 staff and over 1,000 pupils.
IIP’s report praised the school’s leadership and teamwork following an inspection at Clarendon Academy.
Principal Mark Stenton said: “We are all extremely proud of this achievement.”
Only three per cent of organisations in the country have received the status.
