TWO Wiltshire swimmers have been included in Wales' 23-strong squad for next month's Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
Former Wootton Bassett School pupil Jazmin Carlin had alread been pre-selected for her third Commonwealth Games and will represent Wales in the women's 200, 400 and 800m freestyle, having won silver and bronze Delhi four years ago.
She will be joined by Melksham's Team Bath 20 year old Rachel Williams, who will make her Games debut as part of Wales' 4x100m freestyle relay team
Chris Jenkins, Chief Executive of the Commonwealth Games Council for Wales, said: "We have such a strong history in swimming.
"And it's fantastic to see that some of our Delhi 2010 medallists will be competing for Wales again in Glasgow.
"The seven pre-selected swimmers aside, it is a very young and relatively inexperienced team, and we are delighted to be able to give them such invaluable experience on the world stage and to see how they perform and deliver for Wales."
