THERE were medals for Wiltshire Paralympic swimmers Stephanie Millward and Aaron Moores in the first final session of the British Gas International Swimming Meet in Manchester this morning.
Box's Millward (S9) was third in the women's multi-classification 100m freestyle final with 853 points (1:04.40) as S8 swimmer Steph Slater took the title with 879 points (1:08.52), followed by Hannah Russell (S12) with 855 points (1:01.53).
Trowbridge's Moores landed silver in the men's multi-classification 100m breaststroke in 1:11.99, behind Scott Quinn (SB14), who clocked 1:09.80 to take gold with 872 points. Joseph Schenk (S14) finished in third in 1:15.16 with Corsham's Craig Harris fourth in 1:17.09.
