MILLARD Evelyn (nee Forse) Passed away peacefully with family at her bedside on 14th September 2014 at the Royal United Hospital, aged 83. She will be missed dearly by husband John, brother Gerald, daughters Tracey and Sharon, grandchildren Reuben and Sophie and all who knew her. Funeral service is to be held at St Michael and All Angels Church, Hilperton on Tuesday 30th September at 12 pm. All welcome. Black attire optional. Donations, if desired, to Wiltshire Air Ambulance and sent c/o Co-operative Funeralcare, 4 Wicker Hill, Trowbridge, Wiltshire BA14 8JS.
