CHALK Doris Beatrice Passed away peacefully on Friday 13th November 2015, aged 93 years. Formerly a local district nurse in Trowbridge (Nurse Brooks). Dearly loved mother of Chris and Nick and much loved grandmother and great grandmother. Funeral service to take place at West Wiltshire Crematorium on Monday 30th November at 1.00pm, followed by a service of thanksgiving for the life of Doris at the United Reformed Church, Church Street, Trowbridge at 2.00pm. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, will be divided between the RNLI and the United Reformed Church, Trowbridge.
