PHELPS Doris Passed away peacefully in hospital on 7th June 2012, aged 85 years. A much loved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Sadly missed by all her family and many friends. Funeral Service at Holy Trinity Church, Bradford-on-Avon on Thursday 21st June at 1pm. Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Doris will be given to a charity of the families choice.
