MARTIN Thelma Florence Of Melksham, formerly Lacock, passed away peacefully at Mavern House, Shaw on 7th August 2012, aged 91 years. Wife of the late Sidney Martin, dearly loved mum of Jim and Pam and a much loved nan and great nan. Sadly missed by all the family. The funeral service takes place Thursday 23rd August, 1.30 pm at St Cyriac's Church, Lacock. Family flowers only please, donations if desired in memory of Thelma are for Mavern House Amenity Fund c/o Patrik Bewley, D J Bewley Funeral Directors, 15 Bank Street, Melksham, Wiltshire SN12 6LE.
