HAZELL Jennifer In loving remembrance of a dear wife, mother and grandmother who left us peacefully at home on 24th September 2015. Your many qualities; caring nature, compassion, selflessness, creativity and love of family and friends, remain in our thoughts and memories now and forever. Although your presence is sorely missed, we are thankful for the legacy of richness that you left with us, you will always be missed and never forgotten.
