Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Traffic Management Act 2004 The County of Wiltshire (Trowbridge) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2015 Experimental Order (No. 1) 2017 Notice ishereby given that Wiltshire Council made the above-mentioned Experimental Order on 15 August 2017 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") and the Traffic Management Act 2004. The Order has a maximum duration of 18 months and during that time consideration will be given to introducing a permanent Order. The effect of the Experimental Order will be as follows: 1. The County of Wiltshire (Trowbridge) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2015 Experimental Order 2016 is hereby revoked; 2. The County of Wiltshire (Trowbridge) (Prohibition and Restriction ofWaiting,Taxi RankClearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2015 will be amended by the revocation of Map Schedule EY25 dated 19 December 2016, the suspension of Map Schedule EY25 dated 28 September 2015 and the insertion of revised Map Schedules EY25 and EZ25 dated 1 September 2017 for the duration of the Experimental Order; 3. The effect of the Order will be to introduce No Waiting Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm on Hazel Grove - north side - from a point 12 metres south west of its junction with Sycamore Grove to its junction with Silver Street Lane (including turning head); Hazel Grove - south side - from a point 6 metres west of the entrance to property known as 'Grove Primary School' to a point 12 metres south west of its junction with Sycamore Grove; Hazel Grove -south side -from a point 3 metres east of the entrance to property known as 'Grove Primary School' to its junction with SilverStreetLane. Any person aggrieved by the Experimental Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant section of the Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Section 9 of the Act or any regulation made under the said Schedule has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. This Order will come into operation on 1 September 2017.
NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 AND WILDLIFE AND
COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 SECTION 53 THE WILTSHIRE COUNCIL MELKSHAM WITHOUT 7 (PART)
DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2017
On 15 August 2017, Wiltshire Council confirmed the above order made under Section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. Theeffectoftheorderasconfirmedistodivertthepublicfootpath running from OSGR ST 8860-61 71 and then leading in a broadly north-easterly direction for approximately 451m, OSGR ST 8897-6196, to a new route at OSGR ST 8860-6171 in a broadly easterly direction for approximately 318m, then in a broadly northerly direction for approximately 299m at OSGR ST 8897-6196, having a width of 2m and thereupon the Bradford and Melksham Rural District Council Area Definitive Map and Statement dated 1952 shall be modified accordingly.
A copy of the order as confirmed and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the Rights of Way and Countryside Section, Waste and Environment, Wiltshire Council, Unit 9, Ascot Court, White Horse Business Park, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 OXAfrom 9am to 5pm on Monday to Friday. Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price of £5.
This Order comes into force on the 15 August 2017, but if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the 25 August 2017 as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to that Act.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 The County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Trowbridge) (20mph Speed Limit Zone) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to introduce a 20mph speed limit zone on Eagle Park, Falcon Drive, Hummingbird Gardens and Mallard Close - the complete lengths,
Sparrow Street - from a point 10 metres south of its junction with Hummingbird Gardens to a point 30 metres north of its northern junction with Falcon Drive. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Footpath 34 (Part), Bradford on Avon;
from its junction with Budbury Tyning for a distance of approximately 56m to its junction with Footpath 14, Bradford on Avon to enable Wales and West Utilities to undertake gas mains replacement works. Alternative route via Downsview - Churches - Winsley Road - Budbury Tyning and vice versa. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 29 August 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 9 September 2017. The Order will have a maximum duration of six months. This Order will come into operation on 27 August 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for one day between the hours of 08.00 and 17.00.
