Regulations 2010 The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 15/12/2017 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public. BOYTON - 17/10720/FUL & 17/11129/LBC The Dower House, Replace garage with orangery & carport/ Internal alterations;
HEYTESBURY IMBER AND KNOOK - 17/11163/FUL Land at Park Street, Hybrid Application. (1) Full planning permission for erection of village hall/Access/Car parking/Associated landscaping / Change use of land as public open space on land north of Park Street. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) Lower Road (part), Erlestoke; from its junction with B3098 in a northerly direction for a distance of approximately 1km to enable KN Network Services to undertake overhead cable works on behalf of BT. Alternative route via Lower Road (unaffected length) - New Road - Coulston Road - B3098 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 18 December 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 20 December 2017. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: (b) C172 Easton Piercy (Part), Kingston St. Michael; from its junction with Grove Lane in a south­westerly direction for a distance of approximately 560m to enable BT Openreach to carry out work on overhead structure. Alternative route via Grove Lane - Honey Knob Hill - Allington Lane/Fowlswick Lane - B4039 - The Street, Yatton Keynell - Cromhall Lane - Easton Piercy (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 27 November 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 29 November 2017. This Order will come into operation on 27 November 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 1 December 2017. Alternative route via Lower Road (unaffected length) - New Road - Coulston Road - Coulston - B3098 Westbury Road/High Street - Lower Road (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 28 November 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for one day between the hours of 09.30 and 15.30. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are possible due to the nature of some of the works. The Orders will have a maximum duration of 18 months. Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 The County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Trowbridge) (20mph Speed Limit) Order 2017
(Previously advertised as 2016)
Notice is hereby given that on 14 November 2017 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is to introduce a 20mph speed limit on Almond Grove, Beech Grove, Cavell Court, Cedar Grove, Chestnut Grove, College Road, Hawthorn Grove, Hazel Grove, Laburnum Grove, Larch Grove, Laurel Grove, Lilac Grove, Maple Grove, Sycamore Grove, Walnut Grove and Willow Grove - the complete lengths. Acopyofthe Order and plan maybe inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Order will come into operation on 1 December 2017.

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Bridleway 42 (Part), Dilton Marsh; for a distance of approximately 100m covering the area of the level crossing to enable ballastcleaning work to be undertaken. Alternative route via Standerwick village.
