The County of Wiltshire (Bradford on Avon) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2017 (Amendment No. 1) Order 2017 (Previously advertised as The Countyof Wiltshire (Bradford on Avon) (Prohibition and Restriction ofWaiting, Taxi Rank Clearwaysand On Street Parking) Order 2010 (AmendmentNo. 8) Order 2017 Notice is hereby given that on 12 December 2017 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act of 1984") and Order 2 under the Traffic Management Act 2004 the effect of which will be as follows: Order 1 - To introduce one way traffic on Bridge Yard - from its junction with Silver Street to its junction with Kingston Road permitting travel from Silver Street to Kingston Road. Order 2 - To amend the following restrictions in the Bradford on Avon Consolidation Order 2017 by revoking Map Schedule Nos. EJ20 and EJ21 dated

16 October 2017 and replacing them with the insertion of revised Map Schedule Nos. EJ20 and EJ21 dated 27 December 2017 the effect of which will be as follows: a) To introduce No Waiting at any time on Bridge Yard - west side - i) from its junction with Silver Street for a distance of 5 metres in a southerly direction ii) from a point 31 metres south of its junction with Silver Street for a distance of 47 metres in a southerly direction iii) from a point 2 metres south of the northern boundary of property Nos. 18 to 25 Bridge Yard for a distance of 21 metres in a southerly direction; Bridge Yard - east side - from its junction with Silver Street for a distance of 21 metres in a southerly direction; Bridge Yard - east and north side - from a point 36 metres south of its junction with Silver Street for a distance of154 metres in a southerlythen easterlydirection; Bridge Yard - south side - i) from a point7 metreseast of the western boundaryofproperty Nos. 1 to 8 Norden for a distance of38 metres in an easterly direction ii) from its junction with Kingston Road for a distance of 11 metres in a westerly direction; Bridge Yard - north side - from its junction with Kingston Road for a distance of 30 metres in a westerly direction; Kingston Road - west side - from a point 3 metres south of its junction with Bridge Yard to a point 44 metres north of that junction; Kingston Road -east side - from its junction with Mill Lane for a distance of 41 metres in a southerly direction; Lamb Yard - both | sides-from itsjunction with Bridge Yard fora distance of5 metres in a westerlydirection; Norden -both sides-from its junction with Bridge Yard for a distance of 5 metres in a southerly direction. b) To introduce Parking Monday to Saturday 7am-6pm 2 hours No return within 2 hours on Bridge Yard - west side - at a point adjacent to property Nos. 18 to 25 Bridge Yard; Bridge Yard - east side - from a point 1 metres north of the boundary of property Nos. 2 to 4 Bridge Yard for a distance of 4 metres in a northerly direction. c) To introduce Parking Monday to Saturday 7am-6pm 30 minutes No return within 1 hour on Bridge Yard - west side - from a point 2 metres south of the northern boundary of property Nos. 38 to 42 for a distance of 10 metres in a southerly direction. d) To introduce Parking Monday to Saturday 8am-6pm 2 hours No return within 2 hours on Bridge Yard - north side - adjacent property Nos. 28 to 54 Grist Court for a distance of 9 metres; Bridge Yard - south side - adjacent property Nos. 32 to 36 Norden for a distance of 7 metres. e) To introduce Parking Monday to Saturday 8am-7pm 2 hours No return within 2 hour on Kingston Road - west side - i) from a point adjacent the northern boundary of property Nos. 25 to 30 Kingston Road for a distance of 16 metres in



a southerly direction ii) from a point 7 metres north of the northern boundary of property No.6 Kingston Road for a distance of 14 metres in a southerly direction. Following a decision from the Cabinet Member for Highways, Transport and Waste amendments have been made to the restrictions previously advertised on Bridge Yard and Kingston Road. A copy of the Orders and plans may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Any person aggrieved by the Orders and desiring to question the validity of the Ordersorofanyprovision contained in theOrderson thegroundsthatitisnotwithin thepowersofthe relevantSection ofthe Actof1984 or on the groundsthatany requirementofthatSection or ofPartIII ofSchedule 9 of the Actof1984 or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks ofthe date on which the Orderswere made, make application forthe purpose to the High Court. The Orders will come into operation on 27 December 2017.

Cycle Tracks Act 1984 The County of Wiltshire (Footpath 8, Melksham) (Cycle Tracks) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council has made the above Order, which requires confirmation, under the Cycle | Tracks Act 1984 the effect of which will be the following length of footpath has been designated as a cycle track: Footpath 8 - from its junction with Dorset Crescent for a distance of 30 metres in an easterly direction. Deposit copies | of the unconfirmed Order and plan may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Details of the proposed scheme may be seen at Melksham Library, Lowbourne, Melksham between the hours of 10am to 7pm Monday, 9.30am to 5pm Tuesday and Friday, 9.30am to 7pm Thursday and 9.30am to 4pm Saturday until 22 January 2018. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) B3107 (Part) Silver Street/Woolley Street, Bradford on Avon; from its junction with A363 St. Margaret's Street to its junction with B3109 Springfield to enable Atkins to undertake footway works. Alternative route via B3109 Springfield/ New Road/Mount Pleasant - A363 Masons Lane/Market Street and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on

17 January2018 and itisanticipated thattheclosurewill berequireduntil 23 January2018. Forfurtherinformation please contact Chris Jenkins (Atkins) on 01225 730360; (b) Dunch Lane (Part), Melksham; from its junction with A350 Beanacre Road to itsjunction with Southbrook Road to enable BB Rail to carryoutsteel work repairsto bridge structure. Alternative route via Dunch Lane (unaffected length) - A365 Bath Road - A350 - Dunch Lane (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 13 January 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required nightly between the hours of 22.30 and 07.00 until 21 January 2018, weekends only. This Order will come into operation on 17 January 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for one day between the hours of 09.30 and 15.30.
