Hoseasons will deposit the rental income to Devizes Marina Village who in turn will pay the rental income direct to your account on a monthly basis. For the first 3 years your income is guaranteed and if at the end of the year, based on this example you only received £13,000, Devizes Marina Village will send you the difference.
