The important role Trowbridge played during the Second World War has not been well publicised, and except for those who lived in the town at that time, has been largely forgotten.

Trowbridge Town Council apprentices, Daniel Tanner, Sharifa James, Gary Jenkins and Holly Larcombe have enjoyed their first summer on the Sports Roadshow and coached over 800 children in a wide range of sports and activities.
