Modela

Modela formed back in 2004 as a four piece acoustic outfit, but after several line up changes they returned with a bang in 2007 as a five piece rock band.

They have been described as a cross between Oasis and Guns & Roses' and began their days as a cover band on the local circuit.

Modela has recorded a three track EP Nothing Personal, which combines Modela's graceful lyrics with stadium-ready melodies to blend out a record full of fist-pumping rock.Modela are all local lads from Trowbridge and have been playing in bands from early ages. Tony (lead singer, 24) and his brother Tim (rhythm guitar, 22) have been gigging as an acoustic duo since early 2004, with the occasional appearance by Jon (bassist, 21) who joined them in mid 2004.

The band formed over a number of months at a local open mic night, where Tony met Beau (lead guitar, 24) and subsequently Rob (drummer, 23).
