Clive Owen has insisted there are some perks of getting older - including better sex.

The Sin City actor turns 50 early in October, but told GQ magazine that his love life had benefited from his advancing years, and that he doesn't really feel his age anyway.

Asked when he first felt grown-up, Clive said: "Part of me still doesn't. You know, if you're the same age as me, 50...

"I never think of myself as that age, ever. I've got an age that I do think of myself. It certainly isn't 50. It's an attitude, really."

The actor, who has been married to wife Sarah-Jane Fenton for almost 20 years, also said love "gets stronger" as you get older.

And, laughing, he said of sex: "It gets better as well."

The father-of-two - who stars in TV drama series The Knick - also said he doesn't plan on letting his age stop him acting, saying he would like to still be working at 70.

"Whatever age you are, there's a role that's about who you are and where you are," he explained in the special edition of GQ.

"There's parts for that age that you'll be rich, that you can bring things to. So unless I was incapable, I imagine myself still working, yeah."
