Not enough time for Shakespeare? Theatre group Propeller is bringing a pocket-sized version of its award-winning The Comedy of Errors to the egg in Bath.
Pocket Comedy is a 60-minute version, aimed specifically at young people and first-time theatregoers, of Shakespeare’s funniest, smartest and most farcical play.
Two sets of estranged twins, separated at birth, find themselves in the same city 25 years later, with hilarious consequences. A series of mistaken identities, assumed personas and wild mishaps bring a family crisis into heart-warming focus.
Pocket Comedy is on Friday at 10.30am and 1pm, and Saturday at 2pm and 7pm. For more information visit www.theatreroyal.org.uk
