There are weekly groups for all ages from five to adult, and one-off workshops in dance including, Capoeira, originally a 16th century form of self-defence, salsa and African dance, all for ages 16 to adult.
Children from the age of three can take part in a clowning workshop followed by a live performance, and musicians can get tips from two outstanding guitarists, John Etheridge and Kit Holmes, during a workshop which precedes their live performance.
