Owner quizzed over dog attack

POLICE have questioned the owner of two dogs who attacked a puppy last month.
Lesley Billington, 49, from West End, Westbury, was walking her 10-month-old black Labrador Ellie in Westbury Town Park when it was set upon by two dogs at about 7.30am on April 21.
Pc Kerry Grace said police would be contacting the Crown Prosecution Service for advice on how to deal with the owner of the two dogs, who has not been arrested or charged at this stage.
