Don’t shoot the Messenger as he arrives at the Cavaliers

5:14am Thursday 28th August 2008

DEVIZES-based Cavaliers, who are one of four new teams to the league this season, will soon have enough players signed on to form at least three teams if they carry on signing at the rate they are doing at the moment.

Manager Dean Wilson has added former AFC Bell midfielder Jonathan Scoffield to his impressive looking team along with ex-Crown Cosmos man Aaron Greenidge and Lee Hopgood, who was with Kings Arms.

Another capture for Wilson is ex-Melksham Town and Pewsey Vale player Matty Messenger, who is the twin brother of Justin who has signed on for Melksham Jagerbar.
