Village puts full range of talents on stage

People from Winsley will be showcasing their range of abilities during the annual Winsley’s Got Talent show on Saturday afternoon.

Its light-hearted prog-ramme will have musicians, singers, poetry and comedy acts of all ages.

Money is being raised for Winsley Young People’s Activities, which meets every Friday for fun and trips in the village on the edge of Bradford on Avon.

Tracy Prudhoe, who is coordinating the event with her husband, Colin, said: “We want people to come along because it brings everyone together for fun and entertainment and the support shown encourages the young people.”

The event is at Winsley Village Hall, which is in the centre of the village. Tickets £5 for adults, children free, and begins at 4pm, running until 6.30pm.
