Tributes to popular police inspector after departure announced

INSPECTOR for Warminster and Westbury Lindsey Winter will be moving on from her current role in the next few weeks.
Insp Winter is to move to the police contact centre in Devizes, although there are currently no details on who will be replacing her.
Insp Winter said: “I have really enjoyed my two years working in my home town.”
Warminster Town Cllr Pip Ridout paid tribute, saying: “She has done an excellent job.Her dedication and work ethic will be sorely missed.”
