First published in News

Quoins Organic Vineyard in Bradford on Avon has won a silver award from the UK Vinegrowers Association.

The Orion white wine from the Soil Association certified vineyard has won awards for the last six years running.

The wine was selected by blind tasting from 189 wines that were entered.
If you would like to taste the wine, the vineyard is running its summer programme of open Sunday tours on the first Sunday of every month with the next one being July 7 (also August 4 and September 1). The vineyard is open at 3pm (£5 pp) offering a welcoming glass of wine followed by a short talk and tour of the vineyard.

Visitors will get to see and learn how grapes are grown in the UK and taste the quality of the award winning wines. There are also over 100 exotic fruit and nut trees to sample in season.

Private tours/office outings etc for 10 or more people can be arranged at any time, including gourmet picnics.

The vineyard is at Little Ashley, BA15 2PW, which is on the road past the Dog and Fox in Bradford on Avon, or along the road to Ashley opposite the Cumberwell Golf Course.
