Students achieve 99.6 per cent pass rate

Students at Kingdown School, Warminster achieved a 99.6 per cent pass rate in their A-levels.
Out of the 101 pupils who sat the exams, 59 per cent achieved grades at A* to B, and 39.2 per cent at either A* or A.
Headteacher Sara Edwards said: “The class of 2013 have achieved an excellent set of results which reflect their tremendous hard work, and the dedication and commitment of our staff.
“These students are an exceptional group of young people who have significantly contributed to the life of our school.
"We are very proud of their achievements and wish them every happiness and success in their future lives.”
Individual successes included Jennifer Irons with Biology A*, Chemistry A*, Maths A*; Max Ralph with Computer A, Maths A , Further Maths A, Physics A and Bradley Saunders with Computer A, Maths A, Further Maths A, Physics A.
