Man accused of Hilperton burglary is remanded

A man accused of breaking into a house in Hilperton has been remanded in custody.
Leroy Harding is said to have stolen a motorbike and set of car keys from the property on Devizes Road.
And the 26-year-old is also accused of taking a motor vehicle without the owner's consent in relation to the alleged incident on Tuesday, August 20.
No charges were put to Harding, of Moorfields, Bath, and he did not enter a plea during the brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court.
Judge Euan Ambrose adjourned the case to Friday, November 22 and remanded him in custody until then.
