A mini winter beer festival is being hosted by Wadworth on Saturday, December 7, with beer fans able to enjoy all of their favourite ales from the Devizes brewery.

Entry to the festival, from noon to 6pm, at the visitor centre in New Park Street is free and as well as the Wadworth ales such as 6X, Bishops Tipple and Henry’s IPA there will be ten guest ales and traditional ciders.

All will be available in 1/3 pint tasting measures, an opportunity to try  Wadworth pickles, chutneys and mustard in a dedicated tasting area, along with the distinctive Wadworth Beer Kitchen range.

There will be live music from the Billy Green, alternative all-male choir The Magnificent AK47 Band, and Jim Blair from local band Hip Route.

Visitor centre manager Michelle Field said: "We can’t wait to host our first mini winter beer festival.

"With great food, great music, and of course great beer, it will be a fantastic way to kick-start the festive season."

As well as the visitor centre shop being open until 6pm shoppers can visit http://shop.wadworth.co.uk
