How on earth can you crash on this stretch of the road unless you're driving like a complete twerp?

Could it be that the Driver skidded on mud left by an MJ Church truck that had been to the landfill site next to the golf club? This stretch of road is a known accident blackspot. Hope the passenger makes a speedy recovery.!
