A man who deliberately blocked a road with his car has been accused of breaking his ASBO.
Martin Peter Redfern, 42, of Wilton Drive, Trowbridge, was given a conditional discharge when he appeared at Salisbury Magistrates’ Court last Wednesday.
Redfern, who was first given his ASBO in December 2011, was accused of parking to block Wilton Drive on July 6 last year.
He was ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge and £50 in costs.
