A MAN was taken to Frenchay Hospital this morning after falling from a bridge over the A36 in Warminster.

Police were called to Bradley Road at 3am following concerns for the man’s welfare.

Shortly after officers arrived he fell from the bridge and was taken to hospital to receive treatment.

The A36 was closed for three hours while officers conducted an initial investigation.

Anyone who witnessed the incident should contact Wiltshire Police on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
