A Bromham woman is hoping to help people keep their New Year's resolutions with her nutrition advice business.
Kerry Evans, 47, pictured right, qualified as a registered nutritional advisor and has set up a business called ABC Nutrition Advice.
Ms Evans can help treat a range of problems including irritable bowel syndrome, food intolerances, depression, fertility problems and migraines.
She offers consultations at home, at work during people's lunch hours, online or at her home in Bromham.
She said: "I started to become interested in nutrition when I suffered from a bout of irritable bowel syndrome and cured myself through excluding certain foods and analysing my body's reaction.
"A lot of people are worried about their diet and health they may have had a relative with an illness like heart disease and want to avoid getting it themselves."
When a person contacts her she asks them to complete a questionnaire detailing their habits and symptoms and to do a seven-day food diary recording everything they eat and drink.
They then have a consultation with Ms Evans where she suggests what they should change and gives them a diet plan.
Once they have tried the changes for a month they can come back to her and review them. An initial consultation costs up to £60 and the follow up is up to £30.
Kerry Evans can be contacted on (01380) 850251 or 08989 305227.
