Westbury mum Lisa Mead-Smith and her family raised £650 for Trowbridge charity Stepping Stones when they took part in the Bath Half Marathon’s family fun run on Sunday.

Mrs Mead-Smith, 28, took part despite having a broken left leg, making it around the 1.5 mile course in a wheelchair.

The chef took part to thank Stepping Stones for helping her two-year-old son Bailey who has a condition called Sotos Syndrome, which affects his development.

As well as Bailey, Mrs Mead-Smith, was joined by husband Damien, 39, and their older son Oscar, five, in the charity challenge.
