Property specialist Carter Jonas in Bath has appointed chartered building surveyor Tom Lowe, to its team, reuniting him with former colleague Martin Walker who joined Carter Jonas last month.

Both men had worked for Jones Lang LaSalle which closed its Bath office last year.

Tom, a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, is experienced in advising clients for acquisitions, conservation, dilapidations, and due diligence. He has worked on a number of projects in the city, including renewal of the former Habitat shop front in New Bond Street, soon to be occupied by clothing chain Anthropologie.

With Martin he worked on behalf of Wiltshire Council delivering refurbishment projects for the former North and West Wiltshire District Councils’ leisure centres in Bradford on Avon, Trowbridge, Melksham, Westbury, Warminster and Chippenham.

He lives in Weston with his wife Emily and is a keen golfer with a handicap of 10 and aa active member of Chipping Sodbury Golf Club.

He is also a member of Bath Young Professionals.
