Euro candidates take to town stage over climate change

First published in News

A Question Time event in Bradford on Avon will give South West electors the chance to quiz their candidates in the forthcoming Euro elections on climate change.

Organised by Climate Friendly Bradford on Avon, the free event takes place on Wednesday at the Masonic Hall at 7.30pm.

The panel includes Alan England (English Democrats), Professor Molly Scott Cato (Green Party), Clare Moody (Labour Party), Dr Brian Mathew (Liberal Democrats), Julia Reid (UKIP), and Michelle Donelan, the Conservative Party’s prospective MP for Chippenham, who is standing in for their MEP candidate.

Each will give a short presentation on their party’s views on climate change and then answer questions from the public.

Who is exactly running for Europe. All i have had through my door is leaflet for UKIP. It is not my job to go looking for the candidates, they should let me know what they are going to do if elected. So at the moment UKIP will be getting my vote.

To all those people who press the thumbs down. WHY? Why not leave a comment when you press it, or is it the case you don't now why your doing it. As in previous comment, it's up to the people standing to inform me what they standing for. As UKIP are the only one to inform me what they are standing for they will get my vote.
