Past and present pupils at Christ Church Primary School joined together for their 36th annual May Fayre in Bradford on Avon on Monday.

More than £6,500 was raised for the school and the jam-packed programme of events included dance performances from pupils, a science show, talent show and an array of activities including face painting and a bouncy castle.

Caron Staddon, chair of Friends of Christ Church School, said: “We were very blessed again with the weather and everyone from past pupils to residents came out to support the school.

“This is the biggest day on the school’s calendar, so it is lovely to see people of all ages come together to create this community event.

“I want to thank all the staff, parents and pupils, and chair of the May Fayre committee Sarah Flemming, who we couldn’t have done it without.”
