Cowboys and Indians took over at Oasis Academy Longmeadow last Friday, as the school held a Wild West-themed day to celebrate their end of term.
Schoolchildren, teachers and parents, dressed up in their best Wild West gear, with lots of cowboy’s hats and Indian feather headdresses on show.
The day included a special lunch, with a Mississippi Mud Pie.
The children were also able to learn songs and dances from the period of American history associated with the Wild West.
