This year’s Edington Scarecrow Trail will be themed around Disney characters, with money raised going towards the upkeep of the parish hall and Dorothy House Hospice Care.
The event, now in its sixth year, takes place on Sunday, 11am-5pm, with entry forms at Edington Farm Shop and Edington Parish Hall. The farm shop will have meal deal pack lunches available.
There will be prizes for the person who identifies the most scarecrows, as well as a prize for the best designed scarecrow.
The trail is expected to feature about 20 scarecrows.
Emma Evans, who is organising the event with Sarah Marshall, said: “It should be a really nice community event and hopefully we will see another good turnout.”
