Residents and staff at Wingfield Care Home rocked along for National Care Home Open Day by holding a Fifties and Sixties rock and roll party in the garden.
The home was open to the public on June 20 to give visitors an opportunity to take a look around and meet the staff and residents.
There were cream teas throughout the day and the afternoon entertainment included a performance by rock and roll act Rob Dee.
Sally Weightman, activities co-ordinator at Wingfield, said: “It was absolutely fantastic.
“All the decorations for the day were made by the residents and a wonderful afternoon was had by all.”
