If you grow it, show it is the motto of Bradford on Avon Town Council as they encourage residents to take part in the annual Flower and Produce Show on September 7.
The event, in its fifth year, will be returning to its original venue of St Margaret’s Hall after last year’s refurbishment left organisers having to swap to Christ Church Primary School in Berryfield Road.
Categories include fruit and vegetables, cookery, and craft and floral art. New categories include chillies, bread pudding and decorated chocolate cake.
Mayor John Potter said: “We’ve had lots of interest, and also hope to get a few window displays.”
The show, from 2-4pm, is free to enter and attend and forms can be found at the town council offices, Tourist Information Centre and various businesses around the town.
