Police are appealing for information regarding an incident of road rage towards an 11-year-old boy in Westbury, which took place just before 5pm on Sunday.
The boy, who lives in Westbury, was using the pedestrian crossing on Eden Vale Road with two friends when a red Volkswagen Golf came so close to the young boy it caused him to drop his bike to the ground.
The driver was then verbally abusive to the children and drove off. Fortunately, the victim was not injured in the incident.
Anyone who was in the area at the time or who has information regarding the vehicle is asked to contact PC Christopher Cook at Westbury Police Station on 101.
