A man who is accused of spending tens of thousands of pounds from a company that was being wound up is to face trial by judge and jury.
Roderick Standing is said to have taken cash from Sturland Ltd when it was subject to a voluntary winding up order.
Standing, 57, is said to have used money to pay into credit cards and other bank accounts in February and March 2012.
Standing, of Station Road, Corsham, pleaded not guilty to six counts of making a transfer of company property in fraud of creditors.
It is alleged that he moved a total of £23,903.97 to Sainsbury's Credit, Santander Master Card, Capital One and Halifax.
Judge Peter Blair QC, sitting at Swindon Crown Court, adjourned the case to a trial date to be fixed and released him on bail until then.
