Last Friday Trowbridge Hot Chilli Triathlon Club took on a big challenge raising funds for Children in Need.
We swam the equivalent of the English Channel in Clarendon Pool and cycled the equivalent of Lands End to John O’Groats and ran the equivalent of London to Paris; if you ventured into Tesco between 4pm on Friday and 4pm on Saturday you would have seen us.
This is the fourth year we have completed a challenge and, yet again, the people of Trowbridge have shown huge generosity and support. The challenge was hard work but it’s made worthwhile when you see people putting their hands in their pockets to add to the collection. In total we are currently at about £4,500, a fantastic amount, with more still being added to our Just Giving page. The club would like to express a very big thanks to all that donated.
