POLICE are warning drivers to avoid Westbury town centre after an accident involving two vehicles closed Fore Street.
There are long delays for motorists after two vehicles collided in Fore Street, Westbury, at the junction of Market Place, just before noon.
It involved a white Vauxhall Astra and a grey Citroen Xsara.
The woman driver of the Citroen was trapped in her car. It is not known if the other driver suffered any injuries.
There are long delays in the town as a result, as Fore Street, part of the A350, is a major traffic route.
Two heavy good vehicles also collided, just after 12.30pm, blocking the road for a sort time but no-one was injured
