Motorists are being warned to avoid the B3109 near South Wraxall this afternoon after a two car collision has forced police to close the road.
Officers were called at 1.10pm to the B3109 between South Wraxall and Norbin Cottages after reports of a blue Nissan Terrano and a grey Nissan Qashqai collided.
The road is completely blocked.
A total of three people were in the vehicles involved, including a three-year-old child, but nobody is believed to be seriously injured.
One of the vehicles was towing a caravan.
A fire crew from Corsham attended the scene to secure two gas canisters trapped under one of the vehicles.
