BATH Road in Bradford on Avon will be closed overnight for three weeks from Monday for resurfacing works.
The A363 will be shut from the Castle Inn roundabout to the county boundary near Monkton Farleigh in two sections, to try and minimise the effect on drivers.
From Monday until July 14, the road is closed between The Castle and Leigh Woods, with traffic diverted via the Leigh Park crossroads and along Holt Road into Bradford.
From July 15-26, the road is closed from Leigh Woods right through to the county boundary, so the diversion takes drivers from Bradford on Avon up to the Fiveways junction near Corsham, and then down to join the A4 at Box, and vice-versa.
The road will be closed between 7pm-6am. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, and Wiltshire Council is warning drivers to expect delays. For more information about the closure, contact Balfour Beatty Living Places 01249 468582.
