LOCKHART Janet Pauline (formerly Howe, nee Southall) Born 18th July 1945. Passed away peacefully on 21st August 2015. Mum to Nick and Allison, nanna to Nicolas, James, Lewis and Allana. The funeral service will be held on Friday 11th September 2015, 1pm at Haycombe Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations if desired to either Dorothy House Hospice or Salvation Army c/o Co-operative Funeralcare, Pulteney Road, Bath BA2 4HP.
