POLICE discovered a cannabis farm with more than 80 plants at the Trowbridge Sewage Treatment Works in Bradford Road, Trowbridge, on Thursday.
Officers were called to the scene at around 10.50am by a member of staff on the site. No one has been arrested yet and enquiries are still ongoing into how the plants ended up at the treatment works.
A spokesman for Wiltshire Police said: “We were called at 10.50am yesterday to the treatment works after being called by a member of staff at the site who had discovered more than 80 cannabis plants.
“Our enquiries are ongoing and if anyone has seen anything suspicious around this area in the last few weeks please contact Wiltshire Police on 101.”
