THERE will be plenty of festive fun for all the family in Westbury tomorrow (Saturday, November 28) as the town hosts its annual Christmas street fair and lights switch-on.

Running from 10am-4pm, the fair will feature stalls selling local food, crafts and Christmas-themed items.

There will also be displays from street entertainers Greg Chapman's Christmas Shows with juggling, comedy and escapology, a Christmas camel, a tai chi display, dance troupes, a fun fair with a big red fun bus and a two-deck fun house.

Santa’s grotto and miniature railway will also be on hand as will crazy golf, a petting zoo and reptile display.

The lights themselves will be switched on at 6.30pm by Westbury Mayor David Bradshaw and the winners of the children’s Christmas card and model competitions.

A number of road closures will take place for the event, including Market Place car park being closed from 6pm today until 6pm tomorrow.

The pedestrian section of High Street, Edward Street from the mini-roundabout to the Wiltshire Air Ambulance shop, Maristow Street and Church Lane will also be closed between 6pm today and 9pm tomorrow.
