A 72-year-old man has died in a car crash this afternoon near the White Horse Business Park.
The accident happened just after 1pm this afternoon in Aintree Avenue when the blue Honda Civic flipped on its roof.
No others cars are believed to be involved.
The man was driving the car and it is understood he sustained serious head injuries but was pronounced dead at the scene.
The woman passenger, in her 60s, had minor injuries and has been taken to the Royal United Hospital in Bath by South Western Ambulance Service.
One crew from Trowbridge and one crew from Bradford on Avon also attended the scene to make the vehicle safe.

Police have warned motorists to the area and have cordoned off the road from the Platinum Garage to the Spitfire Retail Park.
Diversions are in place and the road will be closed for a few hours.
