MELKSHAM Town Girls football team have been taking part in an FA sponsored video along with two England ladies players to encourage women to take up the sport.
All 38 youngsters were involved in the video, which was shot at England sports centre Bisham Abbey, where they were accompanied by England internationals Lucy Bronze and Karen Bardsley.
Coach Rob Bridges, said: “It has been great. It was a bit of a long day filming but they had to do lots of retakes and they wanted lots of different shots.
“They enjoyed the whole experience and they were made a fuss of on the day and were really well looked after.
“They were very well behaved and were a real credit to the club. It is these experiences you will remember when you grow up as it was something special for them to see.
“It is not every day you meet an England player and it might instil an interest in the girls if they are able to meet up with the stars.
“The video has been released on social media and has so far had around 400,000 hits on Facebook.
“The whole idea of the day was to inspire the girls to do something in football and it was great some of them are now talking about playing for England one day.”
