A 31-YEAR-OLD Melksham man who was in breach of a suspended sentence has been given a 24-month conditional discharge for possession of cannabis.
Dean Griffiths, of Market Place, pleaded guilty to having 13.3g of cannabis when he appeared at North West Wiltshire Magistrates’ Court last Thursday. The court heard Griffiths admitted to police on November 4 in Melksham that he had purchased the cannabis for his own use. He was ordered to pay costs of £35 and surcharge of £20.
